Plants can add a relaxing, special touch to any occasion. From an intimate garden theme to a grand scale event, plants can create just the right ambience.

The selection of the decorative container the plant is presented in could also be tied into the theme and atmosphere. For example, white for weddings, terra cotta for the garden or Italian theme, brown wicker or burlap for jungle theme or a white or black container for a more sophisticated affair.

This is an arrowhead plant..very popular for rentals.

I can get trees and palms up tp 6 feet tall,  most plants and ferns,
all plant/trees will be dressed in pot of your choice and moss.
 
 
 
Foliage and flowering plants add a finishing touch to any special event or set the mood for any type of event. 
Plants can be selected to create an atmosphere, fill in spaces and "hide" items that are difficult to manage or fill with other decorations and props.
A grouping of plants with Palms and low foliage and ferns will add so much life to a stage or any other focal points.  In a large empty space, a plant grouping will make the bride & groom or speaker on a stage stand out and enhance the set. Likewise, a selection of plants can totally transform a "gymnasium-look" to an elegant, friendly reception hall.
So, the next time a special event challenges you with large open or unsightly spaces, a specific theme, or small budget to work with, remember plants could be a great solution to your problems.

Convention prices

For your next event, consider a short term rental of beautiful plants from plants inc. We can create the look of a country garden, to a tropical rainforest. Or perhaps you just need a little ambience for your next corporate meeting.


Length
A short term rental can vary from one day to one week. Any rental which needs to extend beyond the first week is 15% of the initial first week's rental per day. Larger jobs may vary and need to be individually priced. Orders need to be placed at least a week in advance; longer notice is needed for customized work.


Minimum charges
The minimum charge for a short term rental is $300.00, with a $50.00 surcharge on any order under $500.00 and/or outside a 10 mile radius.


Rental Prices
Typical short term rental prices are as follows:

  • 2/3 foot tall plant = $15 to $25
  • 3/4 foot tall plant = $35 to $50
  • 5/6 foot tall plant = $50

Larger materials will start at $100.00 and go up from there. Jobs over $1000.00 can receive better discounts and are priced individually. The larger the job, the greater the discount.

Prices include delivery, set up, a decorative planter; black or white, moss, and pick up.


Delivery
Any weekend delivery or pick up has an additional $75 to $95 charge. If it is a Saturday delivery and a Sunday pick up, it is an additional $150.00. Any other miscellaneous delivery request, i.e. a midnight pick up, needs to be individually priced.

Customers are discouraged from picking up or returning material on their own, because plants and planters are too easily damaged


Flowering Plants and Exotics
Flowering plants and some varieties of plants, such as Aralias, are rarely rented because of their delicate nature. Blooming plants may be purchased instead.


Planters
A decorative planter is included in the cost of renting a plant. The planter used is a poly cylinder in black, white, or grey.

Terra cotta or metallic finish planters are also available with an additional charge of 25% of the retail cost of the planter. Other types of planters and accessories may be rented, also for an additional fee of 25% of the retail price of the item.


Terms
 A 50% deposit is required. Deposits may be paid for with a Paypal, money order, or cash.

The client assumes all liability and may be charged the full retail price of the item less the rental costs if any material is missing or damaged.
